The Texas Catholic Herald is the official publication of the Diocese of Galveston-Houston. The mission of the TCH is to highlight important news, events and people in the nation's 10th largest diocese, a diocese comprised of 1.4 million Catholics.

The Texas Catholic Herald is published 23 times a year, twice a month with the exception of July. Our current circulation is approximately 72,000 households.

Why advertise in The Texas Catholic Herald?

A 2001 Readership Survey conducted by Market Analysis Associates of San Diego, California showed that:

1. 72 percent of respondents reported having read the last four issues.
2. 65 percent of respondents reported they receive the majority of their Catholic news from the TCH.
3. 34 percent of respondents reported they pass along their copy of the TCH to family or friends.
4. 89 percent of respondents rated the TCH's content as "good" or "great."
5. 88 percent of respondents own their own home.
6. 48 percent of respondents reported a household income of over $49,999. Twenty percent reported a household income of over $99,999.
